
EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL IN VARIOUS FORMATS
We cultivate our olives with love, dedication and respect for the land, using traditional and sustainable methods. Harvesting is carried out by hand and the olives are taken quickly to our mill where they are cold-pressed to preserve their flavours and aromas, resulting in an extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality. We guarantee and trace the olives and oil from birth to the finished product, including packaging and sale at our guesthouse.
The classic Tuscan cultivars used in our oil are: Moraiolo, Leccino, Frantoio, Leccio di corno, Olivastra and Correggiolo.
PURE MONTALCINO SAFFRON THREADS
We grow saffron among the olive trees on our farm. Saffron is the world’s most valuable spice, consisting of the stigmas of the Crocus Sativus flower. These are harvested, selected, dried and weighed, all by hand, through to packaging. Known as Red Gold because of the high costs involved in manual processing, it is prized for its intense flavour and nutritional properties. Available from the shop at our guesthouse.


VARIOUS JAMS
Using the fruit grown with love and care on our estate, we make our homemade jams, preserving all the freshness and intensity of the fruit. Produced and packaged by us and available at our guesthouse shop.
